About Me

I got my bachelor and master degree in engineering of computing systems from Politecnico di Milano in 2013 and 2016 respectively. In 2016 I got a master in computer science from University Of Illinois at Chicago where I worked from January to May 2015 as a Research Assistant. From June to December 2015 I worked as an intern at the Xilinx Research Labs in Dublin, Ireland and then I spent the following months on my Master thesis at NECST Lab at PoliMi.

From April to August 2017 I have been a visiting researcher at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory, Berkeley - California - working on a Hardware Design for the merAligner.

Currently I am attending PhD in Information Technology at PoliMi.

My main interests floats around FPGAs, High Performance Computing, Hardware Architectures and Computational Genomics.
